Highlands Baguio settled way 900 meters above sea level is coolest in February, dotted with pine trees and adorned with the most beautiful cornucopia of fresh flowers and home-grown blossoms paraded for all to see in the Panagbenga Flower Festival --- 4th Week of February 2008

What to do

Nature abounds---lakes, rivers, waterfalls, mountains, caves, and the open ocean. Swimming, scuba-diving, surfing, yachting, hobie-sailing, hiking, camping, bird-watching, cave exploration, mountain-trekking, para-gliding, kite-surfing, "hot air ballooning", sky-diving under the pacifice blue skies.
